“Despite being the largest clubhouse in BSD, their technology couldn’t keep up data silos, fragmented systems, and limited visibility holding back operational scale and member experience.”

The largest clubhouse in BSD thousands of members, hundreds of transactions a day. But behind the scenes, the technology stack didn’t match the ambition of the business. Originally engaged as access-control vendor, we discovered the real problem: data silos, half-built systems, and operational visibility that didn’t go above the floor manager. To deliver a truly elevated member experience, technology needed to shift from being a constraint to becoming a strategic asset.

Reframe the Role & Establish Cost Visibility

We re-scoped our role to become the consulting partner. First, we created visibility on technological costs, what the business was spending, where, and on what. We then designed and built two core products that now sit at the centre of operations.

Build a Centralized Control Layer

The All-in-One Centralized Dashboard, a unified control layer for leadership to manage activity scheduling, member transactions, performance reporting, and operational insights from a single screen. It made the entire club legible in real time.

Unify the Member Experience

The All-in-One User App moved the member experience onto a single mobile surface booking, schedules, memberships, rewards, promotions. One app, anytime, anywhere.

Enable Financial Visibility & Decision Intelligence

We also reorganized cross-department processes, built real-time financial visibility for B2C transactions, and introduced profitability analytics that elevated board-level decision-making.
